Tim Maxwell, CEO
As a second-generation dry cleaner, Tim has served in numerous roles for GreenEarth since joining in 2000. He currently holds the position of President, and we’re lucky to have him steering the ship.
He’s been recognized by international regulatory agencies as a stakeholder representative in the reduction of perchloroethylene in the dry cleaning sector.
His family takes regular ski trips, and in the summer, you can find him exploring the waters. As a Canadian, he shares his nation’s passion for ice hockey and plays recreationally.
Tim holds a degree in Economics from the University of Windsor in Windsor, Canada.

Karen Maxwell, Customer Service Director
Karen joined the GreenEarth team in 2007, providing support to our Affiliates and assuring their needs are met. In addition to her role as Customer Service Director, Karen contributes in nearly every facet of the company. You could say she is the glue that keeps it all together.
Karen brings to GreenEarth over 25 years experience in retail and operations management, sales coaching, and customer service training.
She resides in Kansas City with her husband Tim and her two children. Her pleasures in life include exploring nature with her two dogs, kayaking, paddle boarding, skiing, golfing, reading, and cooking.

Angela Harris, Business Development Manager
Angela Harris, as of March 2023, has joined the team as GreenEarth’s Business Development
Manager. If you are looking to join the movement and become a GreenEarth Affiliate, Angela
can help.
Angela was raised in Olathe, KS and has returned to the area after living in southern California for many years. Angela brings to GreenEarth over 24 years of experience in the dry cleaning industry, working as a General Manager with Steamer Cleaners in southern CA and as the National Sales Manager for The Green Garmento, a green sector company marketing to many of the GreenEarth Affiliates upon returning to Kansas City.
Angela enjoys being around family and friends since returning to Overland Park, KS. As a University of Kansas grad, Angela has enjoyed being involved with her sorority, Alpha Delta Pi and cheering on the KU Jayhawks. Angela also enjoys traveling (domestic and international), exploring Kansas City and surrounding areas, volunteering, cooking, exercise and reading.

Mary Pham, Customer Service Specialist
Mary joined the GreenEarth team in 2022 as an administrative assistant. She provides support as the bridge between our GreenEarth team and Affiliates.
Mary is from Kansas City and enjoys spending time with her rescue dog, Benny, at local dog parks and dog-friendly restaurants.

The Technical Team
Andy Lien, Technical Director
Andy Lien is GreenEarth’s Technical Operations Manager. Have a question about your dry cleaning machine, maintenance, programming, pre-spotting, or other day-to-day issues? He can help!
Andy is originally from Fargo, North Dakota, where he was the Operations Manager of Camelot Cleaners before moving to GreenEarth in 2013. Since then, he has visited hundreds of our Affiliates in the U.S. and over 30 different countries, ensuring they are using GreenEarth to the best of their equipment’s ability.
When he isn’t assisting our Affiliates, he gets his thrills out of backpacking, photography, and history podcasts.

Kevin Burditt, Technical Representative
Kevin brings a servant attitude to provide Affiliates with solutions and insight to meet today’s professional textile care challenges. You’ll find one of his favorite places is in the plant, sharing knowledge and training to build confidence in staff.
He’s backed by 31 years dedicated to continued education, serving in multi-plant and central plant management, capital goods sales in equipment and plant design, and large territory chemical sales. He also has held positions as a WFI board member and within numerous volunteer organizations.
He’s a native Wisconsin Cheesehead, dad to four and new grandpa to one.

Haroldo Lozano, Technical Representative
Haroldo brings an enthusiastic attitude to the team and is always ready to learn and try to help. Always working with a smile on his face. A new start for him but soon he will be an expert in his field.
While new at Green Earth, he has 5+ years of IT Tech experience under his belt. Serving in many technical roles before making the move here. His experience in those fields will help us immensely.
He’s a native to Arkansas, on his free time he is either on the soccer field or with his 2 dogs.

Sara is our Email Marketing, Web, and Graphic Design Specialist, she builds our websites and creates unique content for GreenEarth and its affiliates. With her design specialization and web design focus, she has become an integral part of the GreenEarth team.
She majored in Graphic Design at Kansas State University and studied Web Design and Multimedia at the Art Institute of Seattle. Sara has an array of knowledge of the arts and helps to strengthen brand recognition through web and email marketing, coupon design, logo design, signage, decals, and other various design techniques upon request.
Sara currently resides in Manhattan, Kansas, but was born and raised in Seattle, Washington. She loves vintage and second-hand shopping. In her free time, she enjoys oil painting, sketching, and spending time with her daughter and Australian Shepherd, named Sage.

With nearly 5 years of social media creation, she is able to identify opportunities to influence public perception to reach a brand’s desired target audience. Ayanna is from Toronto, Canada and enjoys creating visual art pieces, specifically paintings, for herself and close friends to display.

Tyler joined GreenEarth Cleaning in the summer of 2024 as a Communications major and Marketing minor from Kansas University. Currently in his final semester, Tyler excels in video production and graphic design, making significant contributions to our Marketing Team. His creativity and dedication have quickly made him an invaluable part of our team.

Scott Steele, Licensing Manager
Scott has been with GreenEarth since 2006. He’s the man who wears many hats. He’s processing licenses, overseeing all incoming and outgoing product, and so much more. Not to mention, in his downtime, he’s our in-house interior designer.
He is an avid bowler with the smoothest release you’ve ever seen, but nothing is quite as enjoyable to him as a long ride in the countryside on his Harley Davidson motorcycle. Scott has been happily married to his wife Jennifer for 20 years, all while raising their three shih tzu children.

Colson Retherford, Freight & Fulfillment Specialist
Colson started GreenEarth in August of 2021, as our Freight and Fulfillment Specialist. He makes sure our Affiliates get what they need when they need it. In his spare time, he enjoys podcasts, art, and skateboarding. Within the past few years, he has also grown (pardon the pun) a love for houseplants. He is a renaissance man with many interests and hobbies. His motto is to “never stop creating and thinking”!
Joseph Huerta, Freight & Fulfillment Specialist
Joseph is dedicated to ensuring our Affiliates receive everything they need efficiently and on time. While balancing his studies, Joseph works diligently in our fulfillment warehouse, where his attention to detail and commitment shine. In his free time, he enjoys watching sports, bringing the same enthusiasm to the field as he does to his work.
