Lapels Dry Cleaning to open at 2180 FM 423, Little Elm, Texas
July 03, 2018 // Franchising.com // LITTLE ELM, TX and HANOVER, MA – Lapels Dry Cleaning, an innovative, environmentally friendly dry-cleaning company headquartered in Hanover, Massachusetts, will open a full-service, environmentally friendly dry-cleaning satellite plant and store at 2180 FM 423, Suite 100, Little Elm, Texas on July 14.
“We’re extremely excited to bring a sustainable, non-toxic way of dry cleaning clothes to Little Elm and the greater Dallas-Fort Worth area,” said Chin Modha, who owns Lapels Dry Cleaning of Little Elm with his father Shashi Modha. Chin’s wife Sonal is also involved in the business. “When we open our doors on July 14, Lapels Dry Cleaning will become the only dry cleaner in the area using a 100 percent environmentally non-toxic cleaning solution.”
Additionally, the Modhas plan to open a Lapels Dry Cleaning satellite store at 4740 W University Drive, Prosper, TX 75078.

Part of that effort includes a partnership agreement with GreenEarth®, the dry-cleaning industry’s only non-toxic cleaning alternative, for its newer locations like Lapels Dry Cleaning of Little Elm.
